Being
an internet based business, we thought we could
work anywhere. This seem the best choice of all.
We found that sign rights were easier to get
for this type of property (and the flag is inexpensive),
but proximity to airports and that nagging 'affordable'
requirement
caused
problems. This
is what we really wanted:

The need to be practical put us
here. It's just a 15 minute bike ride from my home
and has more than three times the space we moved
out of. After about 2 months, still enjoying the
new
